Event Details
Join us for the launch of our Small Credit Union Working Group, designed specifically for credit unions with assets of ~$100M and below. This will be an active, solutions-driven working group where we collaborate on goals, challenges, and opportunities unique to small credit unions.
What to Expect
This is not just another discussion group—we're here to get things done. Participants will engage in meaningful conversations and work together to identify and implement real solutions. In our first meeting, we'll explore topics such as:
- ✅ Shared resources – Could multiple small credit unions collaborate on needs like the 5300 Report, Accounting/Bookkeeping, a Float Teller, or Business Development/Marketing?
- ✅ Operational challenges – What's holding small credit unions back, and how can we work together to overcome those barriers?
- ✅ Future focus – How often should we meet, and what should we prioritize going forward?
While shared services is one potential area of focus, this group will shape its own agenda based on the needs and interests of participants.
Who Should Attend?
We welcome League-member credit unions with assets of ~$100M and below. Ideal attendees should:
- Have a strong operational understanding of their credit union
- Have budgetary or decision-making authority or the ability to bring decisions directly to leadership
If you're passionate about strengthening the future of small credit unions through collaboration, this is where you need to be.
