Affiliated credit unions can use promo code "FOURDAYS" when registering for all-four days to receive a bundled discount (must use the code separately each day you register for).     This session will discuss each of the requirements necessary to establish a compliant BSA program. In addition to current requirements, we will explore the coming changes stemming from the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Act of 2020, which will have a significant impact on handling BSA/AML in the future. Finally, the session will cover trending frauds and schemes to watch out for in your credit union, as well as discuss ways to avoid some of the most common violations.
