Join us for the annual Global Women's Leadership Network event, hosted by the Credit Union League of Connecticut and Cooperative Credit Union Association.

We're thrilled to announce an outstanding keynote speaker! Yvonne M. Alston, CEO + Founder of Indelible Impressions Consulting, will lead a powerful session on breaking free from the pressures of relentless resilience, over-commitment, and the pursuit of perfection.

Whether you're a female credit union leader or an advocate for women's empowerment, this keynote is sure to inspire and energize. Plus, you don't need to attend APEX to participate in this impactful pre-conference event.

All network members and APEX attendees, regardless of gender, are welcome to attend the sessions. This event happens before APEX 2024, but please note that this event is entirely separate from APEX. To register for APEX, click here.

We need to understand how living in a constant fight-or-flight state affects our bodies and mind and why it’s crucial to break free.

Learning Objectives:

Identify the key characteristics and consequences of superwoman syndrome i.e., relentless resiliency
Recognize personal triggers and behaviors that contribute to superwoman tendencies (perfectionism and people-pleasing)
Identify and challenge internalized biases and messaging that fuels superwoman syndrome
Develop strategies to set healthy boundaries and prioritize your whole-humanness.
