Leadership and Management Essentials empowers participants with the essential skills to lead effectively at multiple levels โ€” starting with personal leadership, expanding to business acumen, and culminating in managing others. The program blends theory with practical exercises, ensuring managers are equipped to handle dynamic workplace challenges confidently. This three-day program includes individual reflections, case studies, insights and theories from business leaders, peer collaboration, group activities and discussions.

Day 2, June 9: Manage the Business

Day 3, June 26: Manage Others

  • Motivation in the workplace
  • Team theories
  • Performance management, including coaching and feedback

    Bill Nagle

    Founder of Angle UP Consulting

    Bill has been working in the financial services world for over 40 years, most recently as Senior Vice President of Professional Development for the Cooperative Credit Union Association, leading their education initiatives, including managing conferences, seminars, schools, webinars and their Network system. Previously, Bill spent 20 years in the banking world in the Boston area.

    Bill is a certified DiSC facilitator, an instructor for the Carolinas Credit Union Association’s Leadership Development Institute, the lead instructor for the Montana’s Credit Unions’ Take the Lead program, and an instructor for the Southeast CUNA Management School. He is a graduate of the Massachusetts School of Financial Studies, the New England College of Finance and holds a B.S.B.A. as well as a graduate certificate in Organizational Communication from Northeastern University.
