Join us to enjoy a fantastic evening of wine, delicious food, and good times among friends and colleagues. Dress up in your snazziest outfit and dance the night away in support of the credit union cause!

Registration Rates:

• Member CU Registration: $125 per person*
• Emerging CU Leader: $100 per person*
• Vendor & Non-CU Registration: $225 per person

All levels of credit union staff and system partners are welcome. Attendees may bring a guest at the same rate.

*There are two ways to cover the cost of admission: You may make a personal contribution to CULAC, or credit union and vendor payments can be made to CULCT.

• For CULAC contributions, please choose the Pay By Check option and mail a check made out to CULAC to: Credit Union League of Connecticut, 24 W Main St, Ste. 109, Clinton, CT 06413
• If this is a credit union or vendor payment, please pay by credit card. You may send a check, but please make it out to the Credit Union League of Connecticut if you are not making a personal contribution to CULAC.

Wine Gala registration fees do not include overnight room accommodations.

Room Rate:

Single/Double Rooms: $309.00 per night

All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid major credit card, which will be supplied at the time of reservation. Mohegan Sun requires a deposit equal to one night's guestroom and tax to be submitted with each reservation. This deposit will be refunded if the reservation is cancelled prior to forty-eight (48) hours before arrival, after which time, this deposit is non-refundable.

EXTENDED: Mohegan Sun room reservations must be made on or before the cut-off date of Friday, October 20, 2023 by 11:59 PM EST. Reservations and special group rate received after this date will be accepted on availability and rate.

All group attendees will be responsible for their own room, tax, and incidental charges. All reservations that fail to arrive on the scheduled arrival date will be considered no-shows and a charge of one night's room and will be posted to the individual attendee's credit card on file. In the event of early check-out prior to the guest's reserved check-out date, the hotel will add an early check out fee in the amount equal to one-night room and tax to that guest's individual account.

On the day of arrival, room availability cannot be guaranteed until 4:00 p.m. On the day of departure, check-out time is before 11:00 a.m. All attendees arriving early will be accommodated as guestrooms become available. Luggage can be stored complimentary with the Bell staff.
