Room Rate: $175 per night
The above rate is subject to applicable taxes, currently 15% (subject to change), plus a reduced facility fee of $18.00.

All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid major credit card, which will be supplied at the time of reservation. Mohegan Sun requires a deposit equal to one night's guestroom and tax to be submitted with each reservation. This deposit will be refunded if the reservation is cancelled prior to forty-eight (48) hours before arrival, after which time, this deposit is non-refundable.
Mohegan Sun room reservations must be made on or before the cut-off date of Tuesday, September 24, 2024 by 11:59 PM EST. Reservations and special group rates received after Tuesday, September 24, 2024 will be accepted on availability and rate. Please book early, noting that Mohegan Sun ran out of rooms last year.
All group attendees will be responsible for their own room, tax, and incidental charges. All reservations that fail to arrive on the scheduled arrival date will be considered no-shows and a charge of one night's room and will be posted to the individual attendee's credit card on file. In the event of early check-out prior to the guest's reserved check-out date, the hotel will add an early check out fee in the amount equal to one-night room and tax to that guest's individual account.

On the day of arrival, room availability cannot be guaranteed until 4:00 p.m. On the day of departure, check-out time is before 11:00 a.m. All attendees arriving early will be accommodated as guestrooms become available. Luggage can be stored complimentary with the Bell staff.
